Thank you for the question !  The Cost of my Home Staging Consultation is $150.00.  This consists of me doing a complete walk through of your home, room by room, while preparing a Report for you that is detailed enough for you to be able to utilize to do the suggestions yourself.  After I have completed this report I will sit down and discuss these suggestions with you and then you are given the report to keep.  I will make suggestions on inexpensive updates, furniture placement, decluttering (exactly what to keep in the home and what to pack up) and if anything may need to be purchased I can tell you were to get them and how much.  What also comes with your Consultation is a return visit after you have completed your suggestions, to supply you with any last minute suggestions or to simply tell you that you did a great job :  )
